Gwen joined Halo Solar in spring 2024 as our HR Generalist & Office Manager. She brings a strong background in administrative leadership, combining hospitality, customer service, and community engagement to support team success. Gwen leads the company’s IL Shines incentive efforts and drives administrative coordination to support smooth internal operations. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University (2011) and is a Leadership McLean County alum (Class of 2021), BN Jaycee, and member of Bloomington-Normal Young Professionals (BNYP). A mother of two, Gwen is passionate about strengthening the education-to-employment pipeline in Central Illinois.
